SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Blessed & Blinged Studio! Many of our pieces are thoughtfully prepared, handmade, or customized, so processing times may vary depending on the type of item ordered.

PROCESSING TIMES

Stocked shop items are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Custom and made-to-order items are typically processed within 7–10 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product listing or communicated during your custom design process.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order before it is shipped. Shipping transit time begins after your package has been handed over to the carrier.

ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS

If your order contains both ready-to-ship and custom or made-to-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are complete unless otherwise arranged.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Carrier transit times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at blessedandblingedshop@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment.

LOST, DELAYED OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timing and tracking updates are handled by the carrier. If your package appears delayed, please use your tracking information to check its current status.

If you believe there is an issue with your shipment, you're welcome to contact us and we'll do our best to help determine the appropriate next step.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products do not require physical shipping. Access, download instructions, or delivery information will be provided electronically according to the individual product listing.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom pieces require additional creation time. Any special turnaround time discussed with you for a custom order will take precedence over the standard processing estimates above.
